Baycourt Pool Terrace Renovation

Designed, permitted and managed construction for this multifamily apartment complex pool amenity area. Work included complete new pool deck and drainage system with integrated concrete patterns (stamped and acid etched concrete feature strips)Two new matching covered areas were added; one for outdoor dining with barbeque unit; one for the existing outdoor spa. Retaining walls and seating were added throughout and around a new outdoor natural gas firepit. New plantings, irrigation and outdoor lighting rounded out this successful project.
