Designed, permitted and managed outdoor terrace spaces for this Lake Washington residence. Work included new pool and hot tub terraces, waterproof decking for covered storage below decks, glass security fencing throughout. Step system to lakefront and new lakefront flagstone seating area with natural gas firepit. New outdoor kitchen with overhead arbors on top deck to match new arbor carpentry surrounding the lakefront terrace.
