Martin Residence

Designed, permitted and managed construction for this large outdoor entertainment area in Sammamish, WA. Scope of work included adding two 16' x 20' covered structures to the residence with skylights, interior ceiling gas heaters, lighting and ceiling fan. One covered area included a dedicated outdoor barbeque, hot/cold water sink, refrigerators, fireplace and TV. Additional work included adding a second story door off the main bedroom to access a 9' x 35' waterproofed deck with cable railing and integrated low voltage lighting. New chemical etched concrete terrace with step access to existing lawn and surrounding grades completed this project.
