Broadmoor Estate: The Collins Residence

Inspired by Art Deco Mission style design: I worked with homeowners to lead both landscape and architecture remodel projects for this Seattle estate in the Broadmoor neighborhood in Seattle.
Designed, permitted and managed construction for various outdoor courtyards and garden spaces. Three ornate water features combined with stone, tile and stucco finished walls blended with interior spaces to create seamless transitions between house and garden areas.
