Designed, permitted and managed construction for this 16' x 30' deck in Tacoma, WA. Work included existing hillside retention, deck construction and artificial turf, irrigation and lighting. This project extended the homeowner's useable outdoor living area by creating level area over a steep slope. Upper existing decks were resurfaced with new composite decking and rails to match new construction.
