Design, permitted and managed construction for this 20' x 25' outdoor entertainment space attached to the existing residence.
This project showcases covered outdoor space with Natural gas fireplace, skylights, ceiling fans and natural gas heat. The outdoor kitchen and fireplace were added to retain the existing hillside beyond.
Patio surface is stamped concrete with a natural flagstone pattern.
